1. Find people to talk to – This is where most online marketers focus all their time.  Lead generation.  It is extremely important, but where the top leaders succeed is they master the remaining 6 steps.

2. Learn how to invite your leads to check you out – The worst way to get people to join your business or buy your stuff is to tell them directly.  Why?  The only way they’ll buy is if they look up to you or respect to you…. how do you expect someone who has never met you to respect you?  This is why you use third party voices… 3 way calls, webinars, phone trainings, and video presentations all will help you convert more sales and signups.

3. Master presentation – At first let the third party do the prestentation, but if you want to make serious money you will need to learn how to influence people and become a master at presenting.

4. Follow up – Only a small percentage of people actaully will buy from you on the first presentation.  Most will need to be exposed 5-7 times before they decide to hand over their credit card and join.  You must master following up to capture all these sales.

5. Close Effectively – Become a closing ninja.  This takes skill and more importantly confidence.  But when you master closing you can sell ice to eskimos.

6. Get them started Right – If you are recruiting for your network marketing business you’re not done when you sign up a new member.  You have actaully just begun.  To become a better sponsor you must plugin your new members to your upline.  Let them become friends with your team.  It is more difficult for them to walk away from friends.

7. Promote Events – There is nothing stronger than the energy at the events.  If you have never been to an event… GO!!! It will change your business.  The power and energy is literally contagious.  When you are in a room shaking hands with people making millions of dollars who all started just like you, who put their pants on just like you, who talk just like you… Your beliefs will change.
